Here’s how it works:

1. Type your investment idea in rough terms, e.g., “buy stocks with high dividend yield” and press enter.
2. Grandiat translates your idea into a formal investment strategy and tests it over 20 years of historical data.
3. You can view the results and refine the strategy if you wish (“avoid stocks with high debt and low earnings”).
4. If you want to implement your strategy live, no coding is required! By default, strategies trade only once a year (although you can choose to trade as often as monthly).

To get you started, Grandiat comes with two example strategies (“quality value” and “quality growth”). You can use them as a baseline to modify, or come up with something completely different. Use your imagination!
